The main features of step-up structure
① Z-way guideway is installed horizontally, 4 sliders can evenly share the weight of the sliding saddle and cutting force, reduce the wear and tear of the slider's balls, and prolong the service life of the guideway.
②5 high and low flat guideway slant bed in the processing, assembly and use of the process are in a consistent state, can effectively ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
Main features
The bed only uses the step-up structure (one-piece inclined bed + high and low flat guideway)
① The Z guideway is installed horizontally, and the 4 sliders can share the weight of the sliding saddle and the cutting force uniformly, which reduces the wear of the balls of the sliders and prolongs the service life of the guideway.
②High and low flat guideway inclined bed is in consistent state during machining, assembly and use, which can effectively guarantee the precision of the machine tool.
Equipped with high-quality belt spindle, each spindle has been tested for 48 hours of continuous operation to ensure that all the precision meets the requirements of GB national standard.
Truss manipulator and machine tool are planned and designed as a whole, which makes the machine tool more compact, more beautiful and more efficient to realize automatic machining, and each standard machine is reserved with interfaces for truss automation (column, protection, electric), which provides convenience for customers to modify truss automation in the future.
